This is a shorter episode but really upfront about the media and news how they start the process of fear. Some things we can do when we are struggling with anxiety and depression contimplating self harm or have suicide ideation, listen in there are solutions to problems in this and creative ideas to help yourself or weather the storm. This is my take on health care that happened to my sister, some issues I had with life and some solid energy to help someone get back up in life and survive.
