Often we find ourselves drained from the day or week and not accepting the fact that we’re not getting the proper rest for our body and mind. We all need to take time to inhale and exhale… so that’s where we should begin to “rest and reset” before moving forward. “Resting and Reseting” will make a difference at all times.
