The parts within you that you pretend aren't there.  Those parts become shadows that continue to linger, despite our best effort to pretend that it's been released, healed, or forgotten.  In truth, you are worthy BECAUSE YOU EXIST.  It has nothing to do with your accomplishments, marital/relationship status, income, physical appearance, size/weight, degree(s), education, spirituality/religion, race/ethnicity....
