The Memoir Episode

I wrote a memoir, y'all! In this episode, I share the introduction to my first book which is based on the work of Carl Jung and the concept of the Shadow. I find it crucial to share this now, even before publication, to encourage everyone to confront the individual and collective shadows manifesting at present. I hope this episode inspires deep contemplation and a willingness to do the necessary work of healing that we are all being invited to at this crucial moment in time.
