Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Dr. Berg’s interview with The Epoch Times 1:09 Disease and health in America 7:04 The ketogenic diet 11:35 Dr. Berg on farm life and healthy food 18:29 Politics and health 23:47 Symptoms vs. the root cause 24:39 Weight loss 26:46 Vitamin D and turmeric 30:43 Understanding fatigue 32:43 The top superfood In this video, I’m interviewed by The Epoch Times, and I discuss many of the health concerns Americans face today. America spends an incredible amount per capita on healthcare, but the outcomes are not adding up! Big Pharma and Big Food both contribute to this health crisis. Chronic disease primarily comes from a diet composed of ultra-processed foods. Doctors prescribe medications to treat symptoms that come from the junk food diet, rather than addressing the diet. Junk food is not food! It’s composed of refined sugars, seed oils, and starches along with colorings, flavorings, and preservatives. Junk food does not sustain life and it’s at the root of chronic disease. Some people claim that the ketogenic diet is dangerous, but this is untrue. The keto diet involves the breakdown of fat into ketones as an alternative fuel. When you reduce your carb intake, it forces your body to use your fat reserve for fuel. Keto is great for weight loss and can help combat insulin resistance. When cigarettes lost popularity due to health concerns, tobacco companies bought up the junk food industry. These companies produced profitable food junk food made from dent corn and other cheap materials. A high-carb diet has become normalized for major profits. RFK Jr. is a non-politician who may be able to sever the relationships between the food industry and the government. Food guidelines are of the utmost importance because the consequences trickle down to the schools, hospitals, assisted living homes, and other places that feed the most vulnerable. More doctors are beginning to consider food and the whole body when managing disease, moving away from the symptom management model. It's important not to overlook the function and importance of vitamin D, turmeric, magnesium, and grass-fed red meat. Focusing on disease prevention by building health rather than treating disease is most effective. Eating real food is the most important thing you can do for your health. Unfortunately, heart attacks, strokes, and high blood pressure are common problems. So, today we’re going to talk about what causes arterial stiffness or calcified arteries. Common causes of stiff arteries:  • Age • Inflammation  • A high-carb, high-sugar diet  • Omega-6 fatty acids There is one additional cause of hardened arteries that many people are unaware of, and it’s a vitamin K2 deficiency. Vitamin K2 drives calcium into the bones to help make them stronger and keeps calcium out of the arteries and the walls of the arteries. Vitamin K2 may decrease the risk of heart attack by 50 percent. Foods high in vitamin K2: • Meats  • Organ meats  • Egg yolks  • Grass-fed butter  • Dairy  • Yogurt Adding vitamin K2 to vitamin D3 is a fantastic way to support the arteries. For every 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 you take, you should also consume 100 mcg of vitamin K2. It’s important to note that people who take a calcium supplement (1,000 mg or more a day), with or without vitamin D, increase the risk of a heart attack. This could be because of the lack of vitamin K2. It’s also important to keep in mind that one of the side effects of warfarin is vascular calcification. To support the arteries, get on a low-carb diet, avoid omega-6 fatty acids, and consume foods rich in vitamin K2. If you take a vitamin K2 supplement, it may be best to take vitamin D3 as well. NEVER Prepare Food with This Again

Seed oils are often labeled “heart healthy,” but what's the truth? The average person consumes vegetable seed oil daily, not just as a cooking oil, but on their food. Discover the truth about seed oils and why you’ll want to eliminate them from your diet today. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] CHECK OUT MY NEW ZINC PRODUCT HERE: 🛒https://drbrg.co/4axiYqs0:00 Introduction: Vegetable seed oil 0:34 What are vegetable oils? 0:57 Seed oils are toxic! 1:40 Are seed oils healthy? 2:37 Seed oils and inflammation 3:34 Check out my new Zinc product! 3:57 The worst types of seed oils 5:33 The best cooking oils Recommended Olive Oil Link: https://sanmicheleorganic.com/product... Video on GRAS: ▶️    • Guess Which Percent Of Chemicals in Your F... Vegetable oils do not come from vegetables. Vegetable seed oils are highly processed oils that are processed with high heat and chemical solvents. When heat is added to refined oils, toxic byproducts like trans fats are created. Seed oils are genetically modified, so they often contain traces of glyphosate. BHA is a toxic byproduct found in seed oils and is classified as a possible human carcinogen. Other toxic byproducts can affect the immune system, nervous system, and liver. All chronic diseases involve inflammation. Vegetable oils are the most inflammatory thing that you can consume. They create damage at the cellular level and are often stored in the fat cells because they can’t be used for fuel. It takes a year and a half to detoxify seed oils from the membranes in our bodies. Soy, corn, sunflower, canola, and cottonseed are the most common seed oils. Cottonseed oil is the worst seed oil as it produces the most toxicity and has the most omega-6 fatty acids. Cottonseed oil is highly inflammatory and is often hidden in animal feed. Any time you have inflammation, you also have a lack of oxygen. Cancer thrives in an area that’s inflamed or doesn’t have oxygen. Inflammation from seed oils can also contribute to insulin resistance. Do not use vegetable oils at all! Replace seed oils with the following healthy cooking oils: •Extra virgin olive oil •Coconut oil •Butter •Ghee •Red palm oil •Tallow •Lard Mayo contains seed oils, so look for one without, like Chosen Mayo, which is made with avocado oil. It's best to avoid deep-fried foods. An air fryer can simulate fried foods, and crushed pork rinds rather than wheat products can be used as breading. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Things Sabotaging Your Health (And How to Fix It)

7 top health tips to increase longevity, overall health, and well-being. These simple health tips address common health problems at their root! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Dr. Berg’s health tips 0:13 Social isolation health risks 1:09 Lack of sleep health effects 1:31 Refined sugar health risks 1:53 Cut sugar from the diet 3:12 Avoid processed seed oils 3:53 Visceral fat dangers 4:51 Constant snacking and weight gain 5:34 Magnesium, choline, and vitamin D deficiency 6:33 The #1 best health tip 1. Loneliness Loneliness related to social isolation causes a chronic elevation in cortisol, which leads to inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. Focus on nurturing at least 3 quality relationships. Prioritize regular social engagement and volunteering your time to help others. 2. Lack of sleep Getting less than 5 hours of sleep can increase your risk of early death by 30%! It also increases your risk of weight gain, cravings, and diabetes by 2 to 3 times. Always aim for at least 7 hours of sleep. 3. Refined sugar Processed sugar and starch contribute to liver fat, obesity, Alzheimer’s, and inflammation. Cut sugar from your diet and follow a low-carb ketogenic diet. The Dr. Berg Junk Food Meter app allows you to quickly scan foods to identify the 3 key ingredients in most junk foods: sugars, starches, and seed oils. 4. Industrial seed oils Seed oils create significant inflammation in the body. Avoid processed seed oils and choose healthy oils such as extra virgin olive oil, grass-fed butter, tallow, and lard. 5. Reduce visceral fat naturally Visceral fat surrounds the organs and directly correlates with your longevity. Reduce visceral fat naturally by doing intermittent fasting and keto. 6. Stop snacking Constant snacking makes it impossible for your body to repair damaged cells. Stop snacking and only eat when you're hungry. 7. Nutrient deficiencies A magnesium deficiency can lead to high blood pressure, arrhythmias, and muscle cramps. Magnesium is found in leafy greens and pumpkin seeds, or you can take a magnesium glycinate supplement. It’s said that 40% of people are deficient in vitamin D, but that figure could be closer to 90%! Vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of early death and leads to inflammation and depression. You need at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. Low choline intake can cause a fatty liver and problems with memory and cognitive function. You need 550 mg per day, and the best sources are egg yolks and liver. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Learn how to choose the healthiest peanuts and peanut butter to avoid additives and ingredients that can be damaging to your health. 0:00 Introduction: Are peanuts healthy? 0:51 Conventional peanuts 1:29 Peanuts and glyphosate 2:01 Hydrogenated oils vs. partially hydrogenated oils 2:50 Monoglycerides 3:12 What is the healthiest peanut butter? In this video, I’m going to tell you about the healthiest peanut butter. Peanuts don't typically cause health issues, but they can cause bloating for some people, and it's still important to consume the right peanuts. Peanuts are not nuts—they are legumes that grow in the soil. Conventional peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides and fungicides, which seep into the soil and penetrate their thin shells. This is why you should always choose organic peanuts and peanut butter. Glyphosate is also commonly found in peanuts. Glyphosate can act as an antibiotic and is found in many GMO foods. Always read the label on your peanut butter and ensure it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated vegetable oils don’t actually come from vegetables at all—they’re seed oils! Also, avoid peanut butter with added sugar. Monoglycerides are sometimes added to peanut butter. A French study linked this ingredient to cancer and found that it can increase the risk of certain cancers by 46%. Look for peanut butter that only contains peanuts and salt. Organic Valencia peanut butter that contains only Valencia peanuts and sea salt is the best option. Valencia peanuts contain the least amount of aflatoxins. Aflatoxins come from mold and can be very damaging to the liver. Try to have your peanuts with a meal rather than as a snack to avoid spiking insulin. Why Can't I Discuss This?

Did you know there are forbidden topics on YouTube? Find out about the connection between high amounts of vitamin D and autoimmune diseases, as well as some of the other topics I can’t talk about on YouTube! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Autoimmune disease 1:24 High doses of vitamin D and autoimmune diseases 2:02 Dr. Bruce Hollis on the benefits of vitamin D 2:38 Autoimmune disease in the United States 3:41 Celiac disease and genetics 4:58 Vaccines and autoimmunity Dr. Bruce Hollis Full Interview:    • Your Body Is BEGGING for Vitamin D!! Today, I’m going to share some fascinating data on autoimmune diseases. First, let’s examine some before-and-after images of people who used high doses of vitamin D for autoimmune diseases. Dr. Bruce Hollis explains that there are many studies on the positive benefits of vitamin D, but many of them have been discarded and are not included in the literature. If many people with autoimmune diseases see their problem go into remission with vitamin D, does this mean the conditions are related to vitamin D deficiency? There has been a massive spike in autoimmune diseases; they now surpass cancer and heart disease. It is currently our top health problem. Could the cause be related to glyphosate or genetics? Let’s take a look. Autoimmune disease occurs when the immune system attacks one's own tissues, creating inflammation. Specific genes can make us more susceptible to autoimmune diseases, but because of heightened immune surveillance, they also have protective factors against viruses and parasites. “Vaccines and Autoimmunity” presents data about specific vaccines and the autoimmune diseases they might trigger. For example, the vaccine for Lyme disease can trigger arthritis in hamsters genetically susceptible to arthritis. In 1950, 5 vaccines were given to children. Today, children receive over 30 vaccines. The CDC recommends 69 doses of 16 vaccines from birth to age 18 months. Could these vaccines overstimulate an already fragile immune system? Is it possible to overdo it? If you have to take a vaccine, taking vitamin D could be a good idea to add some protection.
