Castor oil contains the compound ricinoleic acid, which acts as a remedy for many issues involving the skin and hair. Castor oil can be very beneficial for the following concerns: • Dry skin • Brittle hair • Dry hair • Hair loss • Cracked heels • Stretch marks • Scars • Dermatitis • Joint pain • Acne • Styes Ricinoleic acid in castor oil has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and is a potent antioxidant. Many people describe feelings of euphoria and bliss after a 3-day fast. Fasting is often done for spiritual or mental benefits, and it’s the only way to achieve deep cleaning in the body. Extended fasting is also a great way to exercise willpower. One of the most significant risk factors for cancer is age, due to the cumulative damage to your cells.
