How to forgive when it is hard to forgive?

Forgiveness is freedom! Forgiveness is receiving the heart of Jesus and living in God’s perspective of love. It is not the absence of pain to forgive someone who incredibly hurts you.  We can’t forgive someone who had hurt us so badly if we don’t have the desire to forgive him or her. We must open up first our hearts to desire forgiveness. Do you have anything or anyone to forgive? Is it too hard for you? Ask the Lord. There's nothing too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27).

My Reflection in Jesus' Heart

The Heart of Jesus is a mirror of our Heavenly Father’s love for us. My heart can be prideful when people praise the good work of the Lord through me. As an ESL writer, I have so many reasons to feel insecure in my writing journey. But the Lord always reminds me of my identity in Him and turns those insecurities to courage. And that courage led me to write as one of the contributing authors of the two books publish last year namely: “Christmas with Jesus” by Heather Hart, and “Worship in the Wilderness” by Michael Lacey.
