Precious Jewell, founder of HR boutique, shares her story of overcoming struggles as a black woman and mother and her journey to creating her own company. She provides Human Resources (HR) services to small businesses and help them build their people operations. Her boutique is also focused on empowering and providing opportunities for youth. Precious sees herself as an architect, helping organizations build and maintain their HR infrastructure. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ BIO Precious Jewell is a visionary strategist, executive career coach, and founder of HR Boutique, and is a proud mother of two young adults. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, and a proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, she spent the past 15 years empowering others through Human Resources. Precious is also the author of Pulling Back the Covers, a memoir detailing her personal journey and struggles being raised in a horrible environment. Dress for Success has been instrumental in helping her realize her platform. During a challenging period in my life, following a stint of homelessness, they invited her to be part of the Redi-Box, a career box filled with resources and encouragement. This moment ignited a deeper calling to become a bridge of opportunity for jobs, youth advocacy, and women's empowerment. Precious Jewell is a proud graduate of business cohorts, including Babson College, Leading Women, and the Amber Black Collective, Maryland Innovative Center, and 100 Black Women National Coalition. She strongly advocates for initiatives like BNI and End Workplace Abuse.
