War Is...

"Detachment" 🔓

In order to detach you must first acknowledge that there's an attachment. The problem lies in the fact that sometimes it can be hard to see. You have to become aware of the negative cycles you repeat, or the excuses you make of why you allow yourself to hold on to what you know isn't healthy for you.
