Importance of exercising

It is very important to move our bodies for our health’s sake. Exercising is not subjected or limited to only people who wants to lose nor gain weight but it is a responsibility for everyone who strive for a good health. It’s exactly like drinking water some may not like it but they do it either way because it’s relatively important for their health so as exercising.. I strongly recommend choosing exercises that you enjoy to make things easier, you can even opt. For a certain sport of your choice or join a dancing class that is still part of “moving your body”. Mental health issues + Inclusivity of men

This episode is dedicated to everyone who is currently dealing with mental health issues or someone whom has dealt with them before. I’m here to say I see you and you are not alone we have all at some point went through it. You can pull yourself out of it, I know it’s hard but you can do it. . . Tithing and a testimony

I am simply sharing my 3 cents about tithing and what I know about it and my testimony with regards to tithing. I hope I encourage someone to start tithing and to be transparent about how it’s not easy but it’s doable and it’s produces only good fruits. I dare somebody to try it and see.
