Today we discussed how to identify your thoughts, specifically bad ones and how to modify them. We spoke about the struggles of the pandemic and how we can cope better and how to deal with the adjustment period that is to come once things open up. We discussed health anxiety, the anxiety of going back to work and social anxiety.
