New Wave MLM

In this episode I take about getting your feet moving and getting unstuck. This last year has been a real shit show but we don’t need to let it define us. We are all cycling right now and you may be cycling in a couple different areas in life and business. If you want this transition to actually mean something you better get clear on what you want hand how you are going to get there. There are people out there right now that didn’t let this year define them and they are out there crushing it and making shit happen. R U going to be one of them? Sorry this is two parts. I couldn’t figure out the editing process but they do go together. Recorded nearly a month apart. So here I’m getting back up on the horse. I’m going to get back at it and continue posting at least once a week. It is more about me talking about things going on in my life and the thoughts I have.

I had a powerful lesson in consistency this morning when my elliptical machine made me it’s bitch!!! Years ago when I Tortured myself to get healthier, that machine was my bitch. How times have changed. It is a compounding problem with age and how you body and mind reacts to the pain of starting over. We have to Stop Stopping when it comes to everything we do in our lives. The launch phase is always the hardest and where it takes the majority of the energy. So get it into orbit and maintain your equipment!!!

This is about my discovery of Keto and the lose and gain of my weight from set backs in life. Now I’m on the journey again eating keto and using exogenous ketones to help along the way
