Brooke Ryan joins Point of Rental as the company's Global Director of Customer Support, unifying the company's support organization worldwide. She brings 10 years of experience in SaaS support, both in providing support directly and in building organizations and procedures designed to help customers get the information they need, as quickly as possible.

Point the Way & Door of Hope (SA)

On 6 May in South Africa, Pointers went on their first brick-building visit for Door of Hope [https://doorofhope.co.za/]. Door of Hope is a local organisation that provides care for abandoned children.
