this is not the end

In the final episode of season 1, we talk about why endings can actually be pivot points. What are endings? What can we learn from them? (ps. this is not the end) We will resume with Season 2 fall 2021!

be willing to fail

all i’m saying is: if you haven’t tried yet, you might just succeed. we are almost at the end of the season with one episode to go. so, in the spirit of endings that are not really the end, episode 11 talks about why “failures,” and i put the word failures in quotes, are not the end.

do nice girls finish last?

my short answer: no in this episode i reflect on one of the most common things people say to me, “you’re too nice.” but imma be nice regardless. what does niceness even mean? to me, a big part of being able to deal with many different types of people, is starting with better communication and using your voice strategically.
