Today started mentally down but I move my self to work even if I didn't feel like it and the day ends on a different note

Day 6 : when you are ready and life isn't

Sunday the 23rd June 2024 , travelled 2 hours to get to the office . Just to find the calllist system not working . I shift my mindset to another activity that is also productive.
