Episode 9: Oscar Dennis - Elite athlete interview (Ex rugby7's + elite triathlete).

In this episode we have an amazing deep dive with Oscar into his difficult and challenging rehab experience after a devastating lower limb injury.  His rehab journey is unique and we discuss how has been able to pivot from his elite rugby 7's career with Kenya on the world circuit into an elite triathlete at the 2024 Paralympics in Paris through immense hard work and a serendipitous opportunity ending up at the worlds biggest stage for Kenya once again.  He provides an honest and open exploration of how he worked his way through a life changing injury.  I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!  #physio #physiotherapy #sportsrehab #oscardennis1 @oscardennis1 #kenya7s #triathlete #triathlons  #orthopaedicrehab

Episode 5: Modern ways to practice manual therapy with Roger Kerry et al (2024).

In this episode I am honoured to be joined by Roger Kerry and some of the team (Dr Vasileios Georgopoulos, Anna Maria Mazzieri and Kenneth Young) who helped publish their 2024 paper on a new/ novel way of teaching and practicing  manual therapy techniques.  In the episode we break down how the concept started, how they came together to build a new framework and then built momentum at clinic and university level to be able publish their 2024 paper. The team bring a great wealth of both experience and insight from different professions on how we move forwards with up to date evidence.  I hope you can take something useful away for your practice and that this might just generate a little debate at work and in clinic!
