We chat to Luke and Harry; two Lake District lads who do some epic runs. Harry recently broke the record for the Steve Parr Round so we talk about that; about training and running around the Lakes. Ben Rothery

Ben recently won the Trail Running Association British Middle Distance Championships at the Run Through Lakes 51k race, which earned him a place at the European Off Road Championships in Slovenia. James Gibson

Flying solo, Kate chats to James who recently broke the record for a double Paddy Buckley, following on from his incredible Winter Double Bob Graham in December.
