Why Empaths Don't Sleep...

Do you ever wonder why you don't sleep well? This is actually a very common Empath trait...Empaths typically don't sleep well. And they struggle with the why part, "Why am I not sleeping?!" You can't make sense of if or put your finger on what the problem is. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what is happening. Empaths ARE Outsiders!
