Many of my clients are nervous about starting their Fitness Journey. It's normal to feel nervous. The most important thing is to get started. Make improvements as you learn & stay focused. Take a break to reflect on your progress & determine if any changes need to be made. In this podcast I go over how I was raised & my start into Bodybuilding.
