He is Executive Director of the VCU Center for Rehabilitation Science and Engineering and facilitates interdisciplinary research across VCU, Sheltering Arms Institute, and the Central Virginia Veterans Health System. Dr. Seel is Co-Project Director of the Virginia TBI Model System and Knowledge Translation Director of the Long-term Impact of Military-relevant Brain Injury Consortium-Chronic Effects of Neurotrauma Consortium (LIMBIC-CENC). He chairs the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine Evidence and Practice Committee.
