Arthritis has been a death sentence in the past for most athletes & active adults. It's known as an "old person" disease & can make you think you can't workout, lift weights, play basketball, run, play softball or baseball, play volleyball, or do CrossFit ever again because the pain will be too much. And the only way to make the pain go away is a cortisone injection and surgery. We want to break that stereotype. You can prevent that pain & you can play sports & workout. You aren't as limited as they say.
