About The Road to Permanency

This is a podcast that is created by the Child and Youth Permanency Council of Canada (CYPCC) and the youth that are involved with the CYPCC. You will hear stories from youth who are dealing with or have dealt with the child welfare system in Canada. You will hear the good parts, the not so great parts, and about the parts that can be improved. Through this series of discussions we hope that you are able to better understand what needs to change and parts are working very well for our youth in care. We hope you can really connect with these stories and help us advocate for the changes that are necessary within these systems to improve the lives of those that are forced to live within them.

This is one of the main reasons that Gracie and Josée wanted to do this episode, so that no one feels alone.
