A pre-corona conversation with Steffen, the founder of "skraldecafeen" in danish, translated to The Dumpster Diving Cafe. This organisation is a socioeconomic "experience kitchen" with a focus on community. It is not a physical cafe, but an inclusive group of activists, working towards saving food and creating community. Steffen talks about how it all began, the difference it has made for not only his own life, but many others, the role of activism and much more.
