In The Neighborhood Of Makebelieve, King Friday has made Edgar a border guard, and is requiring him to ask everyone their name, rank, and serial number. King Friday's battle cry is "down with the changes."

Mr Rogers describes all the changes to his house. In the Neighborhood of Make Believe, Lady Elaine has used her magic to move around all the buildings, and everyone has different feelings and reactions to the changes.
