Description

Welcome back, my fellow people of light! Today, we’re starting the first episode of my new mini series - BODY LANGUAGE - a series inspired by all the ways our body speaks to us, and how we can choose to listen.  On today’s episode, we’re leaning into the topic of movement, how we work out our bodies, and namely, the journey beyond going against your body and towards leaning into what your body is telling you through movement to arrive at the place we’re all striving for - being our best, unique selves.  Thank you for tuning in and join in for the next two episodes of the series surround food and emotions!

BODY LANGUAGE: Emotions

EPISODE 4 of BODY LANGUAGE... a mini series inspired by all the ways our body speaks to us, and how we can choose to listen EMOTIONS - is it just me or are they really hard to feel sometimes? I personally didn’t really know how to feel them until just a short while ago… because it’s scary! and they’re hard to feel!  But the pain and blockages it creates in our bodies when we let the fear of feeling win, and when we choose to look at life through our, oftentimes, stuck and outdated narratives is never better than the other side of this coin - to merely let your emotions flow through, to sit with them, and to let them show you insights into your inner workings.  So lets dive into this last episode of BODY LANGUAGE, where we explore what it looks like to truly feel your emotions, how it can often be the missing link to this concept called ‘body language’, and it can naturally heal every part of you that may feel like it’s screaming.
