Life has been busy lately and is only getting busier in August/ September. BUT I am a routine person and sometimes when my routine gets thrown off it doesn't make me feel so good. In today's episode we talk about how to accept that routine may not be able to stay exactly consistent but we can bring parts of it wherever we go to at least maintain the way routine makes us feel (if you're like me and routine makes you feel good).
