It's time to get Confederation done - but only after completing our trilogy of constitutional conferences, this one in London just before Christmas of 1866. The Canadians make the Maritimers wait for four months before they finally arrived across the ocean - having been busy fighting about (what else?) religion and schools. But don't worry: the "Fathers of Confederation" finally complete the deal to officially create the Kingdom of Canada (well, no, the Brits turned down that name, but they did find an alternate that worked just about as well).
