Let it GO!

This is a very transparent moment where I share where I had to let something go that was said to me. The statement was made to challenge me but instead I challenged the statement and decided to let it GO! It wasn't worth my peace, my happiness or my health. At times we have to decide what we digest or discharge from our emotional system. If it is not for you than discharge it!
