In 2023 I experienced a ton of drastic life changes, so I started working with a therapist to help me work through all of the transitions. I’m so glad I did because now I’m in my “happy girl era,” where I truly enjoy life again.  One of the best things I’ve learned through therapy is the power of saying now. As a people pleaser, it was so hard for me to set boundaries in the past, but now I’ve learned the skills to set and maintain boundaries, which has helped me break the pattern of people-pleasing.
