Mental health can be an uncomfortable topic. However, in order to change that we must continue the conversation. Take care of yourself and give your mind and body the things it needs to find balance.  Balance looks different for everyone. You do not need to face challenges alone.  These are challenging and unnerving times......BE KIND TO YOUR KIND.

3: Find Your Yoga

Do you like goats, laying down, stretching, relaxing, building strength, singing, or chanting? Well, those are just a few things that you can find in yoga! I promise you there is a yoga style out there that can benefit you physically, mentally and spiritually. The first step to starting your yoga journey is to be curious. Be curious about finding yoga styles that align with your goals and needs. YOGA IS A JOURNEY! Don't feel that you need to know every single thing about yoga before you start.
