High School is rough for most people in one way or another without a global pandemic. In today's episode, Anaya and I dive into the conversation of dealing with our mental health as high schoolers overall and especially during COVID-19 and the boom of Black Lives Matter. As always these are simply our opinions on a topic that many people have different thoughts on.  TRIGGER WARNING: Mention of suicide, depression, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. Please prioritize your mental health and don't listen if these topics are triggering for you.  **Disclaimer: we are not medical professionals or professional scholars/researchers in the field of psychology, neuroscience, or other subjects related to mental health. Our comments and opinions have been formed from our education on the matter, our personal lived experiences, and the experiences of those we have interacted with. If you are struggling with mental health issues, please utilize the resources around you (i.e. crisis hotlines, guidance counselors, therapists etc.). You are not alone.**
