I hope you're managing it with lots of support although I know many women don't have what they need.  Let's talk about the real stuff and discover how we can  be open to support even from ourselves and ultimately how we can invite more sustainable happiness into our lives.

Courage is our Superpower

Fear is a powerful force in all of our lives. We need the awareness so we don't fall of the edge of things or step out into traffic. Fear is helpful, when it comes to our survival but it should not be running our lives. Too many people are afraid to push out of their so called "comfort zone" for fear of failure (or success) or because they're afraid of what other people will think if they do. Courage is the superpower that we all have an endless supply of....courage helps us manage fear, helps propel us forward and keeps life interesting.

Elizabeth Kilvert: On Olive Oil and Learning to Listen to your Heart

Elizabeth Kilvert jokes that she left her pension and dental plan to start a business and dedicate herself to learning everything there is to know about olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  In 2012, she opened the first Unrefined Olive store in Ottawa and continues to pursue her passion for food and travel.
