266 His Eye is on the Sparrow

Why should I feel discouraged? Why should the shadows come? Why should my heart be lonely And long for heav’n and home, When Jesus is my portion? Under His wings I am safely abiding. Though the night deepens and tempests are wild, still I can trust Him; I know He will keep me. He has redeemed me, and I am His child. We bid thee welcome in the name of Jesus, our exalted Head, Come as a servant, so he came, And we receive you in His stead.
