Our guest, Dr. Seligman, is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester working in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
