Disappeared for awhile to figure my life out, then it became a dumpster fire. In this episode we're talking about what's currently happening in my life. From Loss and grief, heart break and the fact that my job of the last 8 years ended abruptly and unexpectedly and knowing inherently. It's going to be okay. Every ending can push you to a new beginning.

This episode is out of the norm. It's 5 years since one of he most important people in my life passed on and it felt like at 5 years the best way to honour her was to speak about her.

In this episode we're talking about how our inner critic are often voices that we learned in our lives of when we weren't meeting other's expectations and how important it is to learn that your inner critic lies. They often are the pieces of you that want to keep you small and digestible for others. It is not your job to be digestible, it's your job to have joy and life experiences that help you to grow and find your own happiness.
