As discussed in the episode, the gym can be perceived as scary. It is overwhelming, new and can sometimes feel uncomfortable. We cover 3 strong points to overcoming this fear and changing it from surviving to thriving and becoming obsessed and comfortable in your new home. We discuss the importance of utilizing all the amenities, discovering your goal and which gym is best for you. Do The Daily Work “What are my top 2 fitness goals to focus on for the next year?” “What type of ‘Home Environment’ do I want to dedicate myself to for the next year?” “What are 3 mirror affirmations I can say to myself in my pre-workout ritual?” Staying consistent and practicing these daily will provide the most success. Don’t be afraid of who you are becoming, embrace it. Weed your garden, and plant your new, positive growing plants. Share your thoughts, ideas and beliefs and what you are going to do to shift them!
