Growing up relatively quickly and becoming mature for my age and how that’s actually not a good thing. I also discuss the guilt and pain associated with not being able to say no to your parents because of fear and people-pleasing. I touch on how hard it is growing up & not feeling safe enough to to express your true authentic self because of how our parents raised us.

Healing is never ending and once you heal something sometimes you need to go back and heal that same issue but on a deeper level.
