Simple Rituals for Burnout Recovery

Welcome to the backyard! In this episode, we’ll be getting raw and real and talking about what it’s like to experience burnout, how to work through it, and how to still be magical in the process. Nicole shares a simple ritual for helping to reclaim zest for life in order to help with burnout recovery. Show Notes Spell to Rekindle the Flame to Self You will need one chime candle (or really any candle that you have). If it’s available to you, you can choose a color that represents fun and passion to you (I chose red). Anoint candle with an essential oil of your choosing- just make it one that you love. Get into a meditative state, light your candle, and recite the following incantation: * May I remember my joy * May I embody fun * May I experience passion * Reignite my spark * And reclaim my zest for life * And so it is Repeat this incantation as many times as you feel appropriate, and really try to feel the meaning of the words. When you feel complete, blow out the candle. This is a multi-day candle burning ritual, so repeat the spell daily until the candle has burned all the way down.
