We come now to the concluding doxology in Jude. These verses highlight another vital principle for Christian living amid apostasy – worship! Jude concludes by turning our eyes heavenward to our Indescribable, Almighty God who is able to preserve and keep us. Remember that these words shine as a beam of pure light against the dark backdrop of apostates and their vile teachings and practices.

These verses describe passionate, fervent Evangelism. The apostasy of the hour does not call for reducing our efforts in Evangelism. It calls for us to increase our efforts in Evangelism! The lateness of the hour should produce a sense of urgency in the believer's heart.

We are now in the second major section of the Epistle of Jude. The whole Epistle is an exhortation to believers (see v. 3), but Jude now turns his attention from describing and denouncing the apostates to exhorting believers on how they are to live in the midst of apostasy.
