Reiki Level - Sequence for Full Practice

This is the Reiki Level - Sequence for Full Practice or my students who learn Reiki. However, it is not restricted and everyone is welcome to use it after receiving an attunement. This can be from anyone. However, you can also contact me for the same. The hand positions are to be maintained for 3 minutes at each point initially. With practice, you will be guided intuitively and may increase/decrease accordingly.
