Behind our Numbers
Our places of work are a part of our identity, but they don’t define it. Being able to truly be yourself at home and your job can be a key indicator of satisfaction and success. That’s why Teng Zhang, HR Resource Manager for the OMRON Robotics division, is such an advocate for Employee Resource Groups or ERGs. They allow employees to truly represent themselves and their interests in a new light. Further, when paired with an executive sponsor, an ERG can provide a tremendous sense of belonging that will attract new talent, foster development, and improve retention.
