Second interview in the books! This time with a member of the RDA (Ritual Discomfort Adventures) community that Alec met while adventuring across South Africa. Jason is a South African Information Systems Post-Graduate by day and a killer mixed martial artist by night, exemplifying the delicate tightrope of training both the mind and body in modern life. Truly a Stoic of the modern times. In this interview we dive into the surprising overlaps of stoicism and eastern philosophy, as well as their applications to modern life and beyond.
