I have found that I am less stressful when I stopped explaining myself soo much. When I started to be more direct and honest has helped me grow as a leader.

sometimes you need to look outward for your mentorship. it's ok to seek guidance from someone that is not in your direct chain of command.

Barracks and Sleep talk

Some issues with living in the barracks is getting proper sleep and how you adjust to the new living quarters. A big issue is that the Army does not want to spend the money to give soldiers a better place to live, they want to convince the soldier that they should be happy with their living conditions. I share my own issue with life in the barracks and how I am adjusting.
