Episode 2- The Intro of Me

What is the "whale" in your life? What consumes you to the point of where you need to cry out for help? No one is immune to the hard times of life. This epsiode talks about my "normal" life and the strugges that I faced in college that drove me to creating (and almost following though) my suicide plan. I had a great life without any struggles, but when it hit me... it was more than I could handle. Join me as I reveal what my "whale" was and how I survived to tell about it.

Epiode 4- The Hobbies

We all need to find a way to release ourselves from everyday life. This episode I discuss some of my hobbies that help me cope with my anxiety and depression.

Episode 3-The Teacher

Who was the teacher that helped transform your life? What would your life be like if you never knew them? Our teachers are real hero's, but they deal with issues that cause some of them to leave the education sector prementurely. This episode looks at mental health issues that teachers may face and ways the leadership/community can support them.

Podcast are a dime a dozen (no offense), so WHY am I jumping into the crowded circle of the podcast world.
