Babes we are back! We're not going to lie, adjusting to this new COVID world has been a struggle for us all. Self care can come in all forms. It’s really different for everyone which for us makes it that more interesting!  This week we spoke to up and coming lyricist GRAMMY RICH @richnelson803.
