Mental Health Counseling

In this episode Dr. Marcie and Lynelle explore the role of mental health counseling in the life of the believer. Mental health counseling combines psychological and sometimes Biblical and theological principles to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and spirit to understand how to lead a person to healing from hurt, trauma, and interpersonal strife. Considering this, we explore the interesting perspectives both the field of mental health counseling and the Church have taken towards each other. Having Dreams & Wanting More

In this episode we explore the idea of pursuing dreams, wants, and aspirations while on earth. We define a few of these terms and explore how we've seen pursuit of dreams in our personal lives. We talk about pursuing God and what dreams look like throught that pursuite. Ultimately, we ask the question, Is It Bible Tho'? Key Scriptures: Colossians 3; Jeremiah 29:11-14; Luke 9:23-25
