As we continue in the series "Rebuke, Restoration, & Restoration", the Lord saw fit that we discuss "Dealing With Sexual Sin" (The Origin). This is in my opinion the most prevalent and detrimental sin plaguing the Body of Christ! It is so swept under the rug because society is so welcoming of it and there are acceptable ungodly preferences that relate to it and even backed by legislation. As believers in Christ, we must choose to unapologetically follow the scripture against the grain of culture. This is the first teaching dealing with sexual sin and we must legislate God's word to cast its evil influence out of the Church of Jesus Christ!

In part 2 of "Rebuke, Restoration, Reconciliation" we want to talk about the importance of "Two or Three Witnesses". When encountering offenses and sin in the Church, the lord has given us clear instructions, but we must adhere to them. It's important to have "Mature" witnesses when dealing with offenses and sin in the Church and we will look at where Jesus extracted the teaching of "Two or Three" witnesses and the foundation of it. When we administer correction in the Body of Christ, there is guarantee of God's endorsement, when we do it HIS way! May this teaching bless you!

REBUKE, Reconciliation, and Restoration Pt.1

in the modern church, "Rebuke" is so misunderstood. We must very careful that we don't misappropriate "Rebuke". Far too often, those who are babes in Christ incur rebuke that should be administered to those professing to be leaders. We must be led by God's Spirit to discern who is a "Babe" and who is an "Elder". This will solidify the proper measure of correction.
