Change Your Mind to Change Your World with Stephen Fulder
It is easy to assume that meditation practice is another project and a training that is a bit of a burden, especially in the context of our daily life. Non-dual meditation practice goes in another direction and is a good reminder that meditation need not be hard work. Although it does not mean that at other times we will benefit from practice, which does need some determination and consistent practice. Non-dual meditation, based on Mahamudra and Dzogchen, is a glorious attitude of allowing our experience to be just what it is, and seeing the perfection in the moment. It is a reminder and a discovery of the nature of things within and without, and gives a lot of freedom.
