This episode l check our hearts about living from a place of gratefulness, and how being grateful can shift the way you see yourself, and your life. Sometimes we get too caught up in what we don’t have that we never take time to just be grateful for the present. Let’s talk about it!

Self-accountability

This week l check our hearts about are we holding our own selves accountable? or are we blaming others? I observed within myself l needed to hold myself accountable and stop looking outside sources to blame, and when l begin to do the work inwardly l begin to see so many struggle with self-accountability that ultimately only helps you to move forward and grow. Override your feelings

This weeks heart check is how do you handle the response to your feelings? I had a realization that my feelings were a big piece to my lowest moments and l thought I had no control over it until God showed me I do have control and I can override the very feelings that have tried to hold me back or even tried to kill me and how I have learned to be and overcomer and win in life regardless of how l feel and I want to encourage you to do the same...
