To enjoy health and fitness you must get to a good level of health and fitness. One of the biggest problems is people don't know how to measure health and fitness and do not know how far away they are to being at a good level of health and fitness. I've created two tables that help people identify where they are now, so they know what they need to do to get to a good level.
